The following is the timeline for the selection process in 2025. Students selected will attend UWC Schools during the 2026 to 2028 academic years.

| Saturday, January 10, 2026 | Meet and Greet with Applicants and UWC alumni |
| Sunday, January 11, 2026 | UWC Challenge Day |
| Monday, January 14, 2026 | Interview candidates Announced |
| Saturday, January 17 – Sunday, January 18, 2026 | Interview Sessions Held |
| Monday, February 2, 2026 | Successful Candidates Notified |
